Rekord briquettes are made from lignite, a brown coal, pressed into dense, uniform blocks. The pressing gives a clean-handling briquette with a long, steady burn.

Lignite briquettes light easily and burn steadily with little mess. House coal generally runs hotter. Many customers use briquettes to start a fire and coal or smokeless fuel to hold it.

Our Rekord briquette pallets are 90 bales of 10kg each. They stack tightly and store well provided they are kept dry.

Your delivery address decides. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are priced and charged in euro; deliveries to Northern Ireland are priced and charged in pounds sterling. You can preview either price list while browsing, but the address is what sets the final amount.

Lead times vary by product and destination and are shown at checkout for your address. Pallet deliveries are booked in with you before dispatch.

Southeast Fuels pallets are delivered by tail-lift vehicle and placed at the kerbside or on a firm, level surface the vehicle can reach. Please tell us about narrow lanes, steep drives or restricted access when you order.

Someone should be available to confirm placement. If you would like the pallet left in a specific spot, add the instruction to your order and we will do our best to follow it.

Yes. Selected fuels are available in half-tonne and smaller packs. The available pack sizes are listed on each product page.

Keep fuel dry, off the ground and covered. Wood and briquettes in particular lose heat output if they take on moisture, so a dry store makes a noticeable difference to how they burn.

Every product page lists the appliances it suits along with heat output, fire life and ash content. If you are unsure, contact us with the make and model of your stove or fire and we will advise.
