Both our timber boxes are the same crate: 120 x 115 x 85. The crate is packed with split logs and delivered whole, so you can stack it straight into a shed or log store.
Ash is the denser of the two and holds a fire for longer, which is why it is the log most stove owners ask for. Birch takes a flame more readily and burns brighter, so many customers use birch to get a fire going and ash to keep it in. Our ash is Irish dried; our birch is imported.
Yes, provided your appliance is rated for wood. Check your stove manual first, and never mix fuels in an appliance rated for one fuel only.

Southeast Fuels pallets are delivered by tail-lift vehicle and placed at the kerbside or on a firm, level surface the vehicle can reach. Please tell us about narrow lanes, steep drives or restricted access when you order.
Someone should be available to confirm placement. If you would like the pallet left in a specific spot, add the instruction to your order and we will do our best to follow it.
Yes. Selected fuels are available in half-tonne and smaller packs. The available pack sizes are listed on each product page.
Keep fuel dry, off the ground and covered. Wood and briquettes in particular lose heat output if they take on moisture, so a dry store makes a noticeable difference to how they burn.
