Southeast Fuels does not set any cookies on this website. We run no analytics, no advertising or remarketing tags, no social media pixels and no third-party trackers, and we do not use local storage to identify you or follow you between visits.

That is why you have not been shown a consent banner. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations in the UK and the ePrivacy Regulations in Ireland, consent is required before non-essential cookies are stored. We do not store any, so there is nothing to ask you to consent to. A banner without cookies behind it is just noise.

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. Cookies can keep you signed in or remember a basket between pages, which is useful. They can also record which sites you visit over time in order to target advertising, which is the kind that needs your consent.

When you preview the sterling or euro price list, that choice is carried in the web address of the page you are looking at, not in a cookie. Nothing is written to your device and nothing about that choice is recorded against you.

It is worth repeating what our terms say: previewing a price list never sets the price you pay. Your confirmed delivery address does that.

Online checkout is not open yet. When it is, a small number of strictly necessary cookies will be needed to make it work safely, and those will be listed here before they go live. We expect them to cover:

• keeping the contents of your basket together as you move between pages
• protecting the checkout form against cross-site request forgery
• fraud prevention and payment authentication by our payment provider, which sets its own cookies on its own checkout

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, because without them the service you asked for cannot be delivered. They still have to be declared, which is what this section does.

If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will publish the full list here and ask for your consent before setting them, with a genuine option to decline and a way to change your mind later.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and in Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox this sits under privacy or site settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop a checkout working, on this site or any other. Blocking everything else costs you nothing here, since we set nothing else.
