How pallet delivery works

  1. Order online — your delivery address confirms whether we can deliver and in which currency you will be charged.
  2. We book your delivery window in with you before dispatch.
  3. Pallets arrive on a tail-lift vehicle and are placed on a firm, level surface the driver can reach.
  4. Let us know about narrow lanes, steep drives or restricted access when you order.
