Some remote postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands and islands, border postcodes and the Isle of Man and Channel Islands, cannot be ordered online. Call us and we will tell you whether we can deliver.

We book your delivery window in with you before dispatch.
Pallets arrive on a tail-lift vehicle and are placed on a firm, level surface the driver can reach.

Important information on delivery to the Republic of Ireland

We deliver on both sides of the border, but solid fuel is regulated differently in the Republic of Ireland and in Northern Ireland, for tax and for air quality.

In the Republic, the sale and distribution of solid fuel is governed by the Air Pollution Act 1987 (Solid Fuels) Regulations 2022, which took effect on 31 October 2022 and are overseen by the Environmental Protection Agency and local councils. Coal, peat briquettes and other peat supplied in the State are also subject to Solid Fuel Carbon Tax, collected by Revenue. Wood with no solid fuel component is not.

In Northern Ireland, district councils can declare smoke control areas. Inside one, you can only burn authorised fuels or use an exempted appliance. Your council can tell you whether your address is in one.

For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you understand this and will follow the rules that apply when you receive and use your fuel.
